Scope of practice

Begin Within provides non-clinical counselling and coaching. We do not diagnose, prescribe medication or provide clinical mental-health treatment. When clinical care is the right fit, we refer on.

Sessions and cancellations

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged in full. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Fees

Current fees are shared during the intro call and confirmed in the intake agreement.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, subject to the legal exceptions (immediate risk of harm, court orders).

Complaints

We are affiliated with the Dutch Healthcare Complaints Portal. If something is not right, please tell us first, then use the complaints portal if we can't resolve it together.
