Our approach

Solution-focused, systemic, and short-term by default.

We don't do open-ended talking. Every piece of work has a shape: where you are, where you want to be, and what changes between sessions.

Method

Solution-focused counselling

We spend as little time as possible on the problem story and as much time as possible on what a better next week looks like, including what needs to move for it to happen.

Lens

A systemic perspective

You don't live in a vacuum. We look at the systems around you, including partners, family, workplace and culture, because most 'individual' problems are systemic in disguise.

Shape

Short-term and goal-oriented

Most engagements run 4–8 sessions. We agree a goal at the intake and check progress against it. If we're not moving, we say so.

What to expect

A clear, predictable path from first message to steady change.
